Investigation Camp - TSP API Configuration

Configure Telecom Service Provider API

Follow the steps below to set up your Twilio API credentials for the Investigation Camp feature.

Visit Twilio Website
Begin by navigating to the Twilio website using the link below:

Sign Up for an Account
Create a new Twilio account by providing the following information:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Password (must be secure)

Verify Email Address
After signing up, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code (containing both letters and numbers) in your email. Enter this code on the verification page to confirm your account.

Verify Phone Number
Next, you'll need to provide your mobile number. Twilio will send you an OTP (One-Time Password) to this number. Enter the OTP to verify your phone number.

Save Recovery Code
After phone verification, Twilio will generate a recovery code. Make sure to copy and save this code in a secure location, as it will be needed if you ever lose access to your account. Click "Continue" after saving the code.

Complete Onboarding Questions
Twilio will ask you a series of questions. Use the following answers:
1. What do you plan to build with Twilio?
Select: Other
2. Which Twilio product are you here to use?
Select: Lookup Phone Number Information
3. Which best describes you/your organization?
Select: Hobbyist or Student
4. How do you want to build with Twilio?
Select: With no code at all (Launch a starter app with no code)
5. What is your goal today?
Select: Build something myself
Click on "Get Started with Twilio" or "Continue" to proceed.

Get API Credentials
You will be redirected to the Twilio Console Dashboard (https://console.twilio.com/). In the Account Info section, you'll find your API credentials:

Enter API Credentials

Copy your Account SID and Auth Token from the Twilio Console and paste them below:

To configure the Investigation Camp feature:

  1. Click on the Settings icon in the Investigation Camp interface
  2. Paste the Account SID and Auth Token in the respective fields
  3. Click Save to apply the settings
