1Preamble & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "You") and Investigation Camp ("We," "Us," "Our"), the non-profit entity providing the iC Connect platform ("Service"). This Service is provided as a community initiative.

By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

iC Connect is a non-profit initiative by Investigation Camp. The Service is provided entirely free of charge. We do not charge any fees for registration, use of features, or any other aspect of the Service.

5User Accounts & Responsibilities

📋 Registration:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and verification process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.

🔐 Account Security:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

6Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• 🚫 Harass, defame, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
• 🚫 Publish, post, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful material or information.

• 🚫 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
• 🚫 Share confidential operational information without authorization.
• 🚫 Use the platform for personal vendetta or non-professional purposes.

7Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service (excluding User Content), including its "look and feel," logos, trademarks, source code, and other intellectual property, are and will remain the exclusive property of Investigation Camp. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its intellectual property.

8User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content. When you upload or submit content to our Service, you grant Investigation Camp a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and modify such content for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

9Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us at support@investigationcamp.com.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information obtained through it will be accurate or reliable.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Investigation Camp, its administrators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

12Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Investigation Camp and its administrators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service or a breach of these Terms.
